Shower and surrounding tile in my guest room could use a bit more attention. The staff was friendly, and the lobby area is modern and inviting. I found the location convenient for my visit to the IMSA race at CTMP.

The super clean rooms. Staff were courteous and made check-in pleasant.

Noise from the hallway disrupted my focus when trying to study. Room placement was less than ideal!

Boxed breakfast had a nice variety. Enjoyed the location fully in place. It was also right by the highway as well as Courtyard Marriott Oshawa. I had comfortable days staying at this brand-new hotel;)))

The guest room with two Queen beds offered a cozy atmosphere. The room wassuper clean and cozy, easy to unwind despite the setbacks.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed without any advance notice, a big disappointment for families looking to enjoy some summer fun. The TV remote barely worked, and on the second night, the TV stopped functioning completely, coupled with the frustrating policy of not cleaning rooms during short stays left us feeling neglected. The air conditioning unit was also quite noisy.

The indoor pool was fantastic for the kids.

The beds were super cozy. Only downside was the noise from the hall, a bit distracting at times. Staff was accommodating when I needed help, great! Would recommend it for the overall vibe.

It frustrated me that the front desk staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful when I sought clarification about the pool closure. The lack of communication left me feeling neglected, a stark contrast to the otherwise pleasant experience we anticipated.

Remember to inquire about pool hours and access, as they may close earlier than you expect.
